Hemilright Entertainment, Inc. creates, designs and executes this one-of-a-kind music event. Dedicated to providing a unique experience for each and every attendee. We are 4 days of Mountain Music by the Sea at the beautiful Roanoke Island Festival Park venue in Manteo, NC. The festival has grown from 3,000 attendees in 2012 to over 12,000 attendees in 2019. Voted "Best Annual Event" on the beach in 2017 & 2018 by Max Media, the event continues to grow in popularity locally. The festival also has a large number of attendees who travel from all over the country and from overseas. The festival has been nominated for 3 consecutive years by the International Bluegrass Music Association for "Best Bluegrass Event".

We loved the Outer Banks Bluegrass Island Festival! Everything about the festival is first class, from the moment you enter the festival site, to the incredible billboards that promoted the festival, to the production staff and hospitality. The site is so unique with the bay behind the stage. It's a breath-taking festival location with true class and style. I can't wait to return!
